pkuk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkuk ("pkuk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the pkuk website at https://pkuk.io, including its sports betting services, online casino, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and all associated features, content, and services.

pkuk operates as an online entertainment platform providing betting and casino services to adult users in Bangladesh. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the pkuk platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkuk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence.

pkuk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Use of the pkuk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkuk enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders without exception. This age threshold applies to all services on the platform including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close associate of pkuk or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. pkuk accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible users who access the platform in breach of these conditions.

To access the full range of pkuk services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pkuk account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

• Full legal name as it appears on official government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address that you own and control
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT)
• A secure, unique password of your choosing

pkuk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, unlocking bonus funds, or at any other time deemed necessary by the platform's compliance procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pkuk support staff may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. pkuk is not liable for any inconvenience caused by verification delays attributable to the player's failure to provide documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pkuk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify pkuk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pkuk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the pkuk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). pkuk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your pkuk account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.
• pkuk does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your pkuk account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• pkuk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may delay processing where documentation has not been previously provided.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be processed.

pkuk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and should be read in conjunction with this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general section.

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on pkuk is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically fourteen (14) days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pkuk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.

pkuk monitors accounts for patterns indicative of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed returns from bonus funds, coordinating bonus play across multiple accounts, or using automated tools to complete wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the pkuk platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets may be suspended or refused at pkuk's discretion during rapidly changing match situations.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform.
• pkuk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by verifiable match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.

• All casino games on pkuk use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. pkuk does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate any game outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. pkuk's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for each game are displayed within the game interface prior to play commencing.

In the event of an obvious error in odds, game settings, or payout calculations, pkuk reserves the right to void the relevant bets or rounds and refund the original stake. Winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds or game configurations will not be honoured. pkuk's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkuk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to pkuk support immediately
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or deposit limits applied to your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkuk staff or other players via any communication channel
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your pkuk account or account balance to any third party

pkuk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Identification of a duplicate account linked to your details
• At your own request, including where self-exclusion has been applied

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited at pkuk's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact pkuk support at [email protected] to initiate a review. pkuk will endeavour to respond to all suspension queries within three (3) business days in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

pkuk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between one (1) day and six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the pkuk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of pkuk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pkuk brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to pkuk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkuk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from pkuk
• Use pkuk's brand name, logo, or other intellectual property for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform

Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their respective licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkuk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling or betting activity on the platform, whether or not such loss results from a technical error
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill

• The conduct, content, or accuracy of third-party game studio software hosted on the platform
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pkuk's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

pkuk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkuk.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkuk uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies access controls to protect data at rest. pkuk does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
